We are a small peterbald cattery located near Vienna, Austria. Our cats are a part of our family we care a lot. This is a new breed with most charming personality you can find among cat breeds. Not like the ordinary cats...in some points more like dogs but in a good way...devoted...friendly...seeking human companion and love...then sometime playfull and sweet...they come along with any situation you live in & make the best of it....smart and reasonable! Sometimes I belive they understand every word I say and listen. So not cat alike.

The only thing a peterbald wants is to sit in your lap and purr...or to sleep next to you...so... be warned!!!

Our Breeding Aim

and the first concern is health...which is also the main reason why we choose to work together with the beautiful Oriental breed. Outcrossing may be used to take advantage of a phenomenon erroneously known as "hybrid vigor", more properly heterosis. The idea is that a cross between two populations that have each become relatively homozygous will produce offspring that are heterozygous at many loci. Research has shown that such crosses are often much heartier, healthier and productive than either of the parental lines. When creating a new breed from an attractive mutation, the gene pool is initially necessarily small with frequent matings between related cats. Selecting suitable outcrosses can reintroduce healthy genes, which might otherwise be lost, without adversely affecting type.

All of our cats are tested for Blood type (A) and FIV & FeLV negative.
